TKS Design Group’s Vintage French Farmhouse Project Featured in American Farmhouse Style Magazine

The feature showcases the remarkable renovation of a unit in an 1890s building turned second home by owners Jeff and Susan Klimala, located just four blocks from Chicago’s iconic Wrigley Field.

TKS Design Group’s Jeff and Susan Klimala embarked on a heartfelt project to revive the space, integrating modern conveniences while preserving the historic allure. The renovation included essential updates to the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, alongside necessary structural enhancements to address uneven flooring and aging plaster.
