From garage to speakeasy! Why not?! This client had some very specific requests and we were down for it! Take a little-used garage and transform it into a grown-up open-concept party space. Designer Stephanie Cole made sure to include all the necessary elements — a formal bar, dining area, and a cozy little spot to sip a cold beer from the kegerator. This space has it all!

It's a wrap on this full house project, furnished from top to bottom! Here in the primary bath, the foundation was already laid, and we added the final details — decorative lighting, window treatments, decor — that bring it all to life!

We are pleased to welcome Julie Bertani to the TKS team as our General Manager. Julie has been with us for over four months now and has been working diligently to pull together all the elements of our marketing plan as well as honing in on some of our most important processes to keep the engine running efficiently and effectively. She brings many years of industry experience, along with her A+ personality and lots of positive energy to the TKS team!
