design + plan
And now—everyone’s favorite part. We kick off the design phase with preliminary drawings and mood boards to hone in on your functional needs and personal style.
We manage the details of your design with diamond-cut precision while keeping a birds’ eye perspective on the whole project. Everything from storage to finishes will be addressed—but with highly customized elements that could only be yours.

procurement
Hooray—now we get to choose all of the fun furnishings, accessories and materials for your home. And then you practice a little patience waiting for them to arrive while we work tirelessly behind the scenes handling the monitoring, shipping and delivery of your items and obtaining any necessary permits.
We do all the heavy lifting here, receiving and storing all items at our warehouse until they’re ready for installation. Of course, we keep you updated every step of the way so that you can relax and enjoy the magic of seeing your home come together.
